I am so grateful for the people I've met via the Managerial and Organizational Cognition (MOC) Division of the Academy of Management that I decided to get more involved. I am currently a member of the MOC Executive Committee trying to shape the future of the division.

In addition, I am a member of the Academy of Management Journal, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Business Horizon Editorial Boards.
